Do I need to buy refills, or is it a one-time investment?

You buy your Tube once—no refills needed, and no battery required, as the built-in pump is manual.

What's the difference between the tennis and padel versions?

The design and size are the same (you can put up to 4 balls). What differs is the number of times you'll have to pump in order to get to the right pressure.

How many times do I need to pump?

No need to think about that, depending on whether you play padel or tennis, the tube will let you know with a "click click" sound once the optimal pressure has been reached. Practically speaking, you'll have to pump somewhere around 5 to 8 times.

Are there any pumping techniques?

Yes, we highly advise to put your hands on both extremities to pump (one hand on the cover and the other on the pump). If the last pumps are a bit too hard for you, you can simply put the tube on the floor (upside down).

How long will the pressure be maintained?

We have designed the tube for it to be hermetic for minimum 10 days. Make sure that the cover joint is always clean to not lose any hermeticity. If leaks appear, please reach out to us.

How much longer will I be able to play with the same balls?

It all depends on your level. On average you’ll be able to play 3 times longer.

Is there a warranty on the Tube?

Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty. There is also a 30 day satisfied or refunded policy.

Can I put both tennis and padel balls in the Bounce Pro?

Yes, absolutely, because the pressure is adjustable. However, we don't recommend putting them together because they don't have the same pressure.

Does the Bounce Pro need to be continuously plugged in?

No, it only requires 2 minutes of energy per use on a standard power outlet.

How can I know if the Bounce Pro will work for my club?

Dozens of clubs already use it daily and are satisfied. Additionally, we can offer a trial period so you can experience the Bounce Pro and be fully convinced.

Bounce Circular is our tennis and padel ball recycling programme. Its aim is to give a second life to used balls by transforming them into new products, thereby reducing their environmental impact.

How does the Bounce Circular program work?

It's as simple as this:

You collect your balls. We advise you to use our bins specially designed for balls to make this process easier.
You make a collection request on the website.
We'll come and collect the balls from your club as early as the next day.
You give your balls a new lease of life.

What is the commitment period for the Circular program?

There's no commitment, as it works by collection. It also gives you control over the club's finances.
