1. Clean the seals regularly
Is your Tube no longer holding pressure?
You pressed the button on the lid and didn’t hear a psssht? There’s a 99.99% chance it’s because the seals have gotten dirty (for example, if you play on clay or sand-covered padel courts).
A simple and quick solution
No worries, of course! The Bounce Tube was specifically designed to be easily repairable in situations like this.
A video guide to help
Watch the short video that explains, step by step, how to clean the Tube’s seals. In less than a minute, your Tube will be back to full efficiency!
2. Avoid exposure to sunlight
The impact of heat on your Tube
Excessive heat increases the pressure inside the Tube, which can affect the pressure of your balls and impact their performance.
Precautions to take
It’s not recommended to leave your Bounce Tube exposed to direct sunlight for long periods or inside a car on a hot summer day. This could lead to overpressure inside the Tube and risk damaging it.
The best solution
We wouldn’t want that to happen to you, so we recommend storing your Tube and balls at room temperature, which is ideal to keep them working properly.
3. Protect your Tube from the cold
The effect of cold on your Tube and balls
Cold reduces the pressure inside the Tube, even when it’s sealed. The result: harder balls with less bounce. You know that feeling of playing with rocks?
An essential precaution
To avoid this issue, it's recommended to store your Tube at room temperature to maintain optimal ball pressure.
An advice for your equipment
In general, cold isn’t ideal for your racket either. So make sure to protect it from low temperatures to preserve its performance.
Our tips to take care of
your Bounce Tube
Simple tips to maximize it's lifespan and performance
Keep your balls
inside the Tube
Leave your balls inside the Tube
until your next match.
Store your new balls in the Tube
Put your new balls directly into the Tube at the end of your match instead of back into the original ball can.
Release the pressure properly
Make sure to release the pressure using the button on the lid, not by opening it directly with the hook.
The Tube doesn’t reinflate worn-out balls
The goal isn’t to re-inflate dead or old balls. They would need to stay in the Tube for a long time to recover their pressure.
Results after a few of days
After 2 to 3 days inside the Tube, you’ll start to see the effects of pressurization.
